SEAN KELLEY
Born and raised in the suburbs of St. Louis, Missouri, Sean Kelley, #thecarbizcoach, has a refined, yet calculated approach to coaching the automotive industry.

After serving as Psy Ops Sergeant in the United States Army during the war in Afghanistan, Kelley began his automotive career via a local St. Louis Ford dealer as young salesperson. In over a decades time and experience, he worked his way to becoming General Sales Manager at a St. Louis Hyundai.
Seans goals were to improve initiative, problem solving and sales throughout his team while eliminating employee turnover. That is when he discovered the power of COACHING. After doing a deep dive on business coaching and it's affect on the workplace and it's people, Kelley took his dealership morale to new heights and on to breaking regional records.
It wasn't long after uncovering his ability to coach that he knew it was his life’s calling. He took on a role as Chief Business Development Officer at DriveCentric CRM before founding Car Motivators where he began coaching the car business on his own.
Since founding Car Motivators, Kelley and his company have coached hundreds of different rooftops, thousands of management, sales, service, office and BDC personnel. Sean has been responsible for getting over 200+ automotive employees promoted, and has partnered Car Motivators nationwide with giants like Stellantis and INFINITI of America. Sean’s has written and published two best selling books about leadership, faith and coaching.
He currently lives just outside of the St. Louis Metro Area with his family. He is happily married to Monica and has three children: Jack, Ava, and Emma.
